Refer to page 6 of the manual for a listing of the required parts and component assembly.
Install the plastic frame spacers, metal frame spacers, main mast bearing, bell housing assembly, start shaft upper bearing, guide pulley assembly, and fuel tank on to the left main frame.
Install the other guide pulley assembly on to the right main frame.
Do Not install the starter shaft at this time.
Ensure that the four metal frame spacers are installed on the main mast bearing block.
Mate the Left and Right Main Frames and fasten with the M3x12 self tapping and M3x10 socket screws.
CAUTION: The screws for the upper and lower main mast bearing block are socket M3x10 machined threads.
Tip: Apply CA glue to all M3x12 self tapping screws. Refer here for additional application tips.
Install the servo frame to main frame and fasten with the M3x12 self tapping screws. See tip above.
